**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Define firmware architecture for motion control systems.
+ Architect and review HDL designs (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog)
+ Design FPGA-based real-time stacks (IO-Link, EtherCAT, PROFINET, CANopen) with multi-axis synchronization.
+ Architect SIL2/SIL3-compliant firmware per IEC 61508 / ISO 13849 including implementation of safety mechanisms
+ Initialization and validation of hardware (board bring-up)
+ Develop and lead a development team
+ Provide architectural guidance to firmware and FPGA engineers.
+ International collaboration in a global engineering network.
