Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Define firmware architecture for motion control systems. Architect and review HDL designs (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog) Design FPGA-based real-time stacks (IO-Link, EtherCAT, PROFINET, CANopen) with multi-axis synchronization. Architect SIL2/SIL3-compliant firmware per IEC 61508 / ISO 13849 including implementation of safety mechanisms Initialization and validation of hardware (board bring-up) Develop and lead a development team Provide architectural guidance to firmware and FPGA engineers. International collaboration in a global engineering network. Who You Are: As a Tech Lead/ Architect specializing in FPGA-based motion control systems.
