Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize documents for processing in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform full-line encoding and document processing using the QDS machine.
  • Execute Image Workstation activities including amount entry, data correction, payee validation, and transaction narrative updates.
  • Assist with logging and tracking incoming courier items.
  • Verify payee names against account names within values and thresholds established by management.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing work and materials to BNM and clients.
  • Complete end-of-day/night reconciliation accurately and within timelines.
  • Adhere strictly to operational controls, customer-specific procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Meet defined throughput benchmarks for work preparation, data correction, and amount entry.
