Your responsibilities:
As Teamlead you manage, mentor and support our After Sales and Technical Support team by taking on both professional and disciplinary management tasks (e.g. vacation planning, hours management, performance management), set goals and coach individuals to support them in their professional development with a personal perspective.
To maintain a smooth and efficient way of working, you contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows. Additionally, you support the team with occurring day-to-day tasks.
You act as the central point for complex technical and aftermarket inquiries, ensuring timely resolution in line with service levels and customer expectations.
