Your mission

• Lead the Mech & Aero team by setting priorities, assigning tasks, and reviewing/signing off deliverables.
• Ensure team efficiency through mentoring, training, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and develop team capacities and skills to meet project objectives.
• Scout and evaluate new technologies to drive future design solutions.
• Establish lean processes, methods, and tools (incl. CAD & PLM) for efficient engineering work.
• Define the mechanical architecture and optimal product structure.
• Ensure design compliance with all requirements and compile related documentation.
• Support Mechanical Engineering in daily operations

Your profile

• Master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering 
• 10+ years in a similar or senior position, ideally in aerospace or drones, with proven success in delivering results
