In June 2025, we opened our first DC in Spain (Illescas, Toledo) to further support our growth in the Iberian market. Action is now moving to the next level by opening a new insourced Distribution Centre in Banyeres del Penedès, Tarragona.

Your mission

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Team Lead Inbound directs, coordinates, and manages a team of 25–30 internal and external employees across the warehouse floor and support departments. This includes overseeing administrative staff, controllers, unloading teams, and forklift drivers to ensure all tasks are performed safely and effectively.
