Overview
Your tasks. We are looking for an accomplished Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our Industry segment team, which supports direct customers and sales partners across the EMEA region with our full portfolio of RF, LF, and FO technologies. You will drive alignment with company values and strategy, foster continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes, and collaborate closely with departments such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Finance. Your leadership will be central to ensuring effective handling of commercial and technical enquiries, with swift escalation to relevant stakeholders when needed. You also will have full managerial responsibility for the local team at the England and Sweden site.
