Your role

As a Team Manager - Sustaining Electrical Engineering, reporting to a echnical Manager ,this role has direct responsibility for leading, empowering and motivating multiple teams of sustaining engineers with a strong electrical bias. The team is accountable for safe, compliant and timely engineering support across the product lifecycle, from issue triage and root-cause investigation through design change, validation and release, including support to customer commissioning, field trials and in-service reliability improvements. The role works closely with manufacturing, quality, service, supply chain, project management and customer stakeholders to ensure robust product performance, controlled change, and continuous improvement to specification, cost and schedule.
