Job Description: Lancashire County Council – Team Manager (Leaving Care). Salary £51,356 - £55,612 per annum | Permanent | Full Time - 37 hours per week. International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire County Council as a Team Manager within our Leaving Care Service. Lancashire leaving care service is looking to recruit a team manager who is passionate and committed to ensuring the highest quality of support to young people as they prepare to leave our care as well and to ensure we provide excellent support through assessments and plans which ensure our care experienced young people achieve their full potential.
