Job Summary

NHS Barnsley Talking Therapies aims to improve access to psychological therapy and treatment for people with mild to moderate mental health problems in Barnsley. The service runs Monday‑Thursday 9‑8 and Friday 9‑5 and offers step 2 and step 3 therapies delivered face‑to‑face, virtual, telephone or computerised. The role of Team Manager provides operational leadership and management to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a high‑quality, accessible, culturally appropriate service. Responsibilities include service delivery, budget management, partnership working, governance, risk management, service evaluation and promotion of service‑user involvement, staff supervision and continuous improvement.
