Job Description
Responsibilities
- Advise businesses on domestic and international tax implications of cross-border transactions, restructurings, and investments
- Support M&A transactions through tax due diligence, and pre-/post‑deal structuring
- Advise clients on market entry strategies including shareholding/financing structures, transaction models, and incentives
- Collaborate across service lines and global member firms to deliver integrated solutions
- Engage in client servicing and contribute to business development efforts
- Coach and mentor staff in the team
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives
- Degree in Accountancy, Tax, or Business; SCTP accreditation is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience
- Solid knowledge of Singapore corporate tax; International tax experience is a bonus
