About the role

| Mō te tūnga

Based in Whakatane, you’ll be providing leadership and support to your team of Support Workers, as they provide support to our clients in the Bay of Plenty.


Day to day, you will

  • Build and maintain healthy and productive relationships with local stakeholders as the face of Manaaki Tāngata Victim Support
  • Lead and support your team, providing day-to-day direction
  • Debrief and coach the team regularly
  • Oversee case management with a focused client-centered approach
