• This role is designed to “stand in the gap” by assisting Program Leaders with daily operations, supporting instructors and staff, and stepping into leadership responsibilities when needed.
• The Team Leader serves as a reliable second-in-command who helps ensure programs run smoothly, staff remain supported, and students receive a safe, positive, and engaging experience.
