Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end execution of telecom site installation and commissioning activities (Microwave & BTS/Node B etc) at site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per Huawei and operator standards with Riggers.

• Lead team of 4 people (Self + 3 Riggers) for site installation & commissioning of:
  • Microwave links (ODU, IDU, alignment)
  • BTS / Node B / eNodeB equipment
• Ensure proper:
  • Feeder routing, grounding, and labelling
  • Power connections (DC/AC)
• Perform commissioning activities:
  • Software loading
  • Integration with NOC
  • Link alignment & optimization
  • Conduct ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) with client/vendor
• Coordinate with:
  • NOC / Integration teams
  • Customer representatives (e.g., Huawei, Globe...
