This pivotal role in the Wellington business is responsible for growing and managing the survey discipline within the wider Wellington and lower North Island Area. You will promote the delivery of exceptional outcomes for our clients and stakeholders through maximising commercial, people and project outcomes. This role will be carried out in conjunction with a technical Surveying position. Your technical (core) position will be your primary position title; and it is anticipated that this Leadership role will require approx. 10%-15% of your available time.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Ideally a minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in a related discipline and 5 years in an infrastructure related management position, with strong spatial data skills
• Relevant professional accreditation
• Able to work effectively and competently with people at all levels; within and external to the organisation
