Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • You lead and develop the members of the Subsystems Engineering team by supporting employees, developing and allocating competencies, and ensuring effective team organization
  • You estimate the effort and budget required for Subsystem Owners’ tasks related to projects, serial changes, and problem-solving activities
  • You are responsible for quality, consistency, and timely delivery of development activities and deliverables for the team, while monitoring budget status
  • You are responsible for operational stability, prioritization, and coordination of all Subsystem Owner activities across development and series support
  • You own and develop the subsystem knowledge management system, including failure modes, validation and design guidelines
  • You lead and support 8D problem-solving activities and ensure the capitalization of lessons learned
