We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Sales Corporate team at Marsh Belux as a Team Leader Corporate Sales. This leadership role involves not only managing and growing a client portfolio but also driving the sales strategy, supervising, and motivating a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in shaping the team’s success and contributing to Marsh’s market leadership in the insurance brokerage sector.
We are counting on you to :
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Client Executives and Business developers to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Marsh Belux’s business goals to maximise revenue and market share in the Belux region.
Manage and retain a portfolio of key corporate clients, ensuring exceptional client service and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.<...
