Your Tasks
- Independent execution of tasks within assigned orders, following given guidelines and precise work instructions, while meeting the highest quality standards in Implant Manufacturing
- Independent leadership and development of the team, including professional guidance, support, and fostering an open, appreciative, and motivating work environment characterized by collaboration and mutual support
- Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of both quality and quantity
- Contributing to the effectiveness of the quality assurance system
