Team Leader – Health & Housing (Private Sector Regulation) – (must be an EHO)

Service Area: Housing Strategy, Policy & Regulatory Assurance

Role Purpose: To lead the Health and Housing service within the Housing Strategy, Policy & Regulatory Assurance division, managing private sector housing regulation and enforcement. The postholder will oversee licensing schemes, ensure compliance with housing legislation, and drive service excellence through strong leadership, data-driven performance, and innovation.
