Job Description: 

+ Drive and achieve KPI performance of all team members.               

+ Monitor and track daily activities / task of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View.

+ Tracking of Attendance, Planogram Compliance, OOS etc.               

+ Planning of journey plan with Field rep.                    

+ Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members.     

+ Conduct on-boarding training to new members.                    

+ Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting.                

+ Regular visit to key outlet buyers to build and maintain good business relationship.

+ Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed.               

+ Weekly alignment meeting with Sales Manger to review stock arrangement.
