We are looking for a Team Leader for a permanent position in home-based services in Oulu.

What does the Team Leader’s job involve?

In your role as Team Leader, you will organize the activities of your team of nurses and act as a professional expert in nursing care. You will work both at the client’s home providing nursing care and in the office a few days a week performing administrative tasks (planning tasks). There is an average of two office shifts per week, some of which can be done remotely according to our hybrid model. You will be a close working partner with the team supervisor in leading the team. You will receive comprehensive training in all systems and areas required for your work.
