Our Finegand site is based in Balclutha and is the largest site in the Silver Fern Farms network. We are looking for a people orientated communicator to take on the role of Electrical Team Leader.

The Electrical Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the day to day running of all the electrical systems on site, predominantly focusing on responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns. They will work closely with the preventative maintenance and production leadership teams to ensure that breakdowns are responded to in an efficient and timely manner, all whilst ensuring the safety of those around them.

Previous experience in FMCG or transferrable production engineering environments would be an advantage, but the key is the ability to work as part of a team, to identify faults and use analytical and problem‑solving skills to provide top level service to the processing plant.
