**Description:**
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Team Leader- Concierge is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.
**Qualifications:**
Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Preferably a member of the 'Clefs d'Or'.
