Position Overview:

This position serves LEONI’s North American Development Department as Leader of an Automotive E/E Harness Design Team.   The candidate should have appropriate leadership and decision-making skills, as well as the communication skills and technical background to represent LEONI in front of our customers.  This position reports directly to our Head of Harness Design in Troy, Michigan.

• Represents LEONI in our customer’s vehicle project teams and ensures customer satisfaction.
