Purpose of role

Critical role in supporting the Sales/GTM, PMO, Delivery and CoDelivery teams and setting them up for success, by providing product expertise and prescriptively enabling scope clarity and capture, according to best practice leverage of our products and for our customers. They are experts who are accountable for supporting the creation of all the artifacts required for delivery of all products and the continued optimisation of all processes/outputs that are to be utilised in customer discovery scope discussions and project scope considerations.

They will also assist in the provision of onboarding Product training to our new starters and co-delivery partners. They are internally and externally recognised as a business contributor, industry and product specialist.
