Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations within our BPO Telco and Telco Sales environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in BPO operations, telco processes, or sales operations, and a strong ability to lead teams, streamline workflows, and ensure operational excellence.

• Supervise and manage a team of agents or associates, providing guidance, support, and performance coaching.
• Monitor daily operational metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met.
