Job Description
Lead a high-performing team at Noibu as the Team Lead for Solutions Engineering. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on customer engagement, maximizing technical adoption and customer success.
As the Team Lead, you will guide a team of Customer Success Solutions Engineers, ensuring they deliver exceptional technical value. You'll work directly with key clients while also mentoring your team, setting goals, and monitoring performance. Partnering closely with stakeholders across Customer Success and Engineering, you will shape team operations and drive retention and growth.
