Job Description

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER und HGB (CH & DE)
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, termingerechten Record-to-Reporting-Prozesses
  • Hauptbuchführung, Kontenabstimmungen sowie Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
  • Kommentierung des Management Reportings und Unterstützung der Konsolidierung
  • Prozessdokumentation, -harmonisierung und -optimierung im R2R (z. B. SAP Signavio)
  • Mitarbeit und Teilprojektverantwortung im globalen SAP-Roll-out (Projekt Horizon)
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Closing Cockpit, Fiori Apps und KPIs
  • Verantwortung für MWST, Steuern und regulatorische Meldungen in CH & DE
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Revision, Steuerberatern, Behörden, IT und Process Owners
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Verantwortungsbereich
