Purpose: The Team Leader Paint provides day-to-day leadership and support for Paint Department operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer requirements are achieved.
This position assists with coordinating production activities, training employees, monitoring quality standards, scheduling work assignments, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The Team Leader serves as a key communication link between team members, supervisors, Sales, Shipping, Quality, Inventory Control, and the John Deere Coordinator to ensure customer expectations and production goals are met.
This position supports all aspects of the Paint Department, including the Hang-On/Take-Off Area, Packing Area, Washer, Powder Paint Room, and Bumper Cell operations.
