Team Lead (m/w/d) Infrastruktur & Service Desk

Das erwartet dich

  • Service Desk Transformation: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines modernen Service Desks (perspektivisch Wechsel zu Jira) inkl. klarer Prozesse, sauberer Trennung von Support & Demand sowie strukturiertem Knowledge Management

  • Hands-on Leadership: Operative, priorisierungsstarke Führung eines erfahrenen 5-köpfigen Teams an zwei Standorten sowie enges Stakeholder-Alignment

  • IT Operations Excellence: Sicherstellung stabiler Services durch Monitoring, Incident-/Ticket-Steuerung, SLA-Tracking sowie kontinuierliche Prozess- und Tool-Optimierung

  • Infrastructure & Change: Steuerung von Netzwerk-, WLAN- und Infrastruktur-Modernisierung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern sowie Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung hybrider IT-Umgebungen
