Job Description

Team Lead Modelling

  • Serve as the functional and disciplinary leader for BIM Modelers and BIM Lead Modelers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Team Management to achievement of high standards in quality, productivity, and efficiency, driving continuous initiatives to enhance performance within both the team and the broader Hilti’s Global Modeling Community.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of modeling services across a diverse range of project types, including but not limited to Fast Volume Lane (FVL), High Volume Lane (HVL), Cross and Regional European Large projects, maintaining alignment with Hilti’s Global Strategy.
