**TEAM LEAD**
**ROLE SUMMARY**
Required to operate safely, filling and packaging equipment according to procedures given by the Manufacturing Manager. Lead Operators A, B, and C, assigning jobs in the line to operate safely, with the quality required, and the performance needed. Training and coaching the A, B, and C operators. The shift is 7 AM - 3 PM during the work week, Monday - Friday.
**JOB DUTIES**
+ Assures a safe and orderly work environment. Promotes and follows all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality guidelines, policies, and procedures.
+ Report any safety and/or environmental incident immediately to the Manufacturing Manager.
+ Performs manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as filling, labeling, packing, or closing containers.
+ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
