Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end delivery governance for bilingual policy servicing operations.
2. Plan capacity and workload across manual and robotic queues.
3. Oversee quality, audit readiness, and regulatory controls.
4. Lead stakeholder communication and escalations for APAC / HK markets.
5. Govern RPA performance, MI reporting, and KPI reviews.
6. Drive people development, language capability build, productivity, and transformation initiatives.

Skills Required

2. Proven delivery management across SLA, accuracy, and capacity.
