Team Leader – MSME & Industries (IIDA), Uttar Pradesh

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end programme delivery for MSME & Industries engagements in Uttar Pradesh, ensuring timely execution, governance, MIS reporting and field implementation across districts. The role is delivery-first (no sales/BD) and manages a 15+ member team aligned to agreed project outcomes and government priorities.

Key Responsibilities (Core Delivery)

1) Programme Execution & Governance

• Own day-to-day delivery against scope, milestones, and KPIs for MSME/Industries projects.
• Run governance cadence: weekly/monthly reviews, action tracking, issue resolution and closure.
• Maintain project plans, RACI, risk logs and implementation trackers.
