一、岗位核心定位

负责仓库现场运营的技术支持与系统优化，通过数字化工具、流程设计与文化引导，推动仓库运营效率、可视化水平与成本控制能力的持续提升。

二、具体职责与现场工作内容

1. 仓库数字化展示（现场可视化）

· 建立并维护仓库数字看板系统，实时展示库存准确率、订单完成率、设备利用率，各区域作业饱和度、异常停机时长等
· 设计现场运营状态展示方案，供现场管理者快速识别风险。

2. 仓库流程优化（现场作业改善）

· 深入收货、上架、拣货、包装、发运等一线工位，实测作业时间与动线，识别瓶颈，制定和推动现场改善。
·推动仓库改善文化建设与实施的持续改进

3. 仓库文化展示（学习型导向文化建设）

· 规划并更新仓库文化墙/改进角内容，包括：安全之星、5S评估、改进提案之星...
