About the role

An exciting opportunity to be part of and support the delivery of enrolment services for the 2026 General Election. If you are an energetic and experienced team leader, and open to making meaningful impact by supporting democracy, then we want to hear from you. We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Enrolment Team Lead to support the preparation and delivery of electoral campaigns. You will lead a team responsible for processing enrolment information and maintaining the accuracy of the electoral roll. You’ll play a key part in ensuring data integrity, supporting temporary workforce setup, and delivering high-quality enrolment services that underpin New Zealand’s democratic process.

Terms & Compensation

Fixed term role until November 2026. Salary $72,480 per annum. Location: The Terrace, Wellington. Daily travel required.
