About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Enrolment Team Lead to support the preparation and delivery of electoral campaigns. You will lead a team responsible for processing enrolment information and maintaining the accuracy of the electoral roll, ensuring data integrity, supporting temporary workforce setup, and delivering high-quality enrolment services that underpin New Zealand’s democratic process. Working closely with the wider Enrolment team, you’ll help ensure operational objectives are met while fostering a positive, high-performing team environment. This is a fixed term role until November 2026 and the salary is $72,480 per annum.
