Team Lead, Cost & Analytics

We are seeking a Team Lead, Cost & Analytics to lead our Cost & Performance Analysis function within Supply Chain. In this role, you will use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance direct and indirect supply chain processes - driving improved cost management, productivity, and operational decision‑making.

As the Cost & Performance Analysis Team Lead, you will be responsible for enabling and guiding your team while working closely with senior specialists and cross‑functional leaders to ensure the right work is prioritized at the right time. You will play a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights that support SCM planning, execution, and long‑term strategy.
