**What You Will Do:**

This role leads day-to-day operations for DECON production line, driving safety, quality, and output performance. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide a small team on the floor while ensuring production targets and operational standards are consistently met.

+ Lead day-to-day operations for the DECON production line to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met
+ Coordinate workflow and support production employees throughout the shift
+ Monitor line performance and track key production metrics
+ Identify and resolve equipment, process, and staffing issues in real time
+ Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to team members on the floor
+ Ensure compliance with standardized work instructions and quality documentation
