Job Description
Our Products and Solutions team is at the centre of how mylife Diabetes Care develops, launches, and scales its product portfolio across markets. As we grow, this team needs someone who keeps things running, thinks ahead, and takes ownership of the operational side so that the specialists can focus on their work. This is not a classic assistant role where you wait for instructions. You will manage the rhythm of a growing team: meetings with advisory boards and investigators, onboarding of new colleagues, knowledge management across Confluence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
The right person for this role notices what is missing before being asked, keeps multiple workstreams organised without losing details, and is comfortable working with senior leadership and external experts.
