Job Description

Team Assistant
£17-£20 p/h plus holiday
12 month rolling contract

My client is a global investment banking firm based in London. They are looking for a Team Assistant to join them on a 12 month rolling contract, Monday – Friday which includes hybrid working. You will be required to provide a fast and efficient service to assigned stakeholders and respected teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a point of contact for the wider team
  • Extensive diary management
  • Maintaining team documentation
  • Meeting coordination within the team and across other business units
  • Proactively schedule and arrange for all trips, including lodging, flights, visas, currency exchange, and ground transportation
  • Processing of expenses using Concur
  • Build strong networks with internal and external counterparts
  • Events management such as; client entertainment and social/team events
