Your role
Assist with organizational and administrative tasks to support the SBU Head and Leadership team
Calendar and travel management, as well as tracking of tasks and deadlines
Organization of meetings, workshops and events with internal and external participants
Preparation and follow-up of meetings
Office Management, general secretariat work
