Job Description
Job Title: Teaching Assistant Tutor
Salary: £31,175.15 FTE (£24,940.12 pro-rata for 4 days per week)
Location: Hybrid Working – Huddersfield 1 day per month
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor / Skills Coach with a strong background in delivering apprenticeship standards within the education and care sectors. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, communication, coaching, and learner-support skills, helping apprentices successfully complete their programmes while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver apprenticeship standards for learners across:
* Teaching Assistant Level 3 and Level 5
* Residential Childcare
* Children and Young People's Practitioner
* Observe, review, and provide constructive feedback to learners studying at Levels 2–5.
