TeacherActive are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant with experience in ALN and delivering interventions (1:1 and small groups) for a primary school in Swansea The goal is to close learning gaps, build literacy and numeracy skills, and ensure students can access the main curriculum. The successful candidate will start in September for a term initially, however there is an opportunity this role could extend for the right person. 

Candidates must:

Have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a primary school
Have relevant ALN experience
Be confident supporting targeted interventions
Deliver Targeted Sessions: Plan and run structured 1:1 or small group interventions for pupils struggling academically or socially.
Assess and Track Progress: Monitor child progress, assess their understanding during sessions, and provide feedback to the classroom teacher and ALNco
