Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team!

What you’ll be doing:

Identify strategies to help overcome individual pupils’ barriers to learning
Be prepared to use humour and restorative practice to ensure a child-centred approach
Support the transition of new pupils arriving or existing pupils returning to school, putting the necessary support in place to overcome any barriers to learning
Provide in class support as necessary to meet the needs of the school.
Liaise with other staff to monitoring pupils’ behaviour and well being
Build positive relations with parents/carers to encourage family involvement in their child’s progress
Communicate with parents/carers about specific support in place for their child.
