KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teaching Assistants (TA’s) within the School of Nursing will play a key role in supporting teaching
excellence. The following are examples of the types of support the TA’s might provide depending on TA’s
background and experience as well as the faculty, course, level of the student, and other factors such as
class enrollment.

+ Assist faculty with teaching and teaching-related duties in pre-licensure and post-licensure nursingcourses
+ Prepare, upload, and organize course materials, exams, and learning resources in Canvas and otherlearning management systems
