**Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI)**
**Contract | Part-Time | School Setting** **Start Date: August 17, 2026** **Hours: 15 per week | 9-Month Contract** **Pay Rate: $65/hr (Local)**
**Position Overview**
The **Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI)** plays a critical role in ensuring that students with visual impairments receive equitable access to education. This educator provides specialized instruction, adaptive strategies, and individualized support that promote students’ **academic development, independence, social growth, and emotional well-being** .
