Our Pathways team is expanding to our Lewes campus, and we’re looking for a passionate Employability Teacher to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with motivated learners, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 programmes while helping students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is a part‑time role, working Monday and Tuesday.

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging Level 1 and Level 2 employability programmes
• Teaching core English and Maths up to GCSE level
• Supporting learners with a range of abilities to achieve their personal goals
• Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
