What You'll Do

The Teacher Assistant works in our integrated and self contained preschool classrooms and collaborates with the Special Education Teacher to create a safe, warm and caring educational environment for our students. The aide follows all OCFS regulations, follows schoolwide PBIS initiative, and collaborates with classroom staff, parents, education consultant, and administration.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

+ Work under supervision of classroom teacher.

+ Assist in caring for physical needs of children

+ Attend staffing, departmental in-service meetings as assigned.

+ Assist in keeping classroom and program supplies ready and well maintained.
