Job Description
- Minimum Trade Certificate (e.g. ITE/NTC) or GCE O/N Level Qualification
- Min 1 year relevant experience in a secondary school setting or administrative support
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Collaborative, time management, interest in food preparation is a plus
- Support teachers in preparing materials, equipment, and classroom setup for lessons and activities
- Provide admin support including printing, scanning, stock taking, and data entry
- Assist in managing students during lessons, exams, school events, and learning journey
- Receive, Organize and monitor inventory of teaching materials and ingredients
- Support school events, outreach activities, and perform other duties assigned by school staff
